Chalet Picea
The Chalet Picea is located in the district of Stiegelschwand, the sun terrace of Adelboden at 1440 meters above sea level.
The house was built in 1962 and totally renovated in 2021 and has every comfort. The large terrace offers a magnificent view of the mountains.
The mountain chalet can be reached by foot in 20 minutes from the center of Adelboden. Short distance to the local bus stop (Heilsarmeehaus) about 100 m from the chalet.
Access to the house with a covered car shelter for 1 car is possible all year round. Chains or 4WD are required in winter.

Adelboden
The well-known holiday resort of Adelboden (1350 meters above sea level) offers its guests a wide range of sports and recreational opportunities in winter and summer.
In Adelboden there are 24 hotels, 800 holiday apartments, 28 group accommodations and 40 restaurants, including some gourmet restaurants. The Chuenisbärgli has been the venue for Ski World Cup races since 1956.
Winter
The Adelboden-Frutigen-Lenk ski region includes 72 high-performance transport facilities with more than 210 km of slopes for all levels of difficulty, including the World Cup giant slalom slope on the Chuenisbärgli. There are also 23 km of cross-country ski trails, 74 km of winter hiking trails and the leisure and sports arena with an ice rink.
Summer
In summer, the mountains invite you to slow down and consciously enjoy. Adelboden offers over 300 kilometers of perfectly groomed hiking and themed trails, as well as several cycling and mountain bike routes. Adelboden's pretty panorama swimming pool features a 50 m swimming pool, a children's pool and the Alpine wellness oasis with a great view.
